Ashwagandha and the addition of Black pepper

  Ayurveda mentions some amazing herbs with excellent healing properties. Ashwagandha is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, which is used as a natural remedy for a number of health conditions. The herb is primarily used based on Indian principles of natural healing. There are many potential benefits of Ashwagandha which include better athletic performance and sound sleep. Some research also suggests that it is helpful in anxiety and infertility as well. Extensive research is needed, though.
